This course provides students with basic safety and health knowledge, including OSHA policies, procedures and standards. Special emphasis is placed on those areas that are most hazardous. Upon completion, a wallet card will be issued certifying that the student has completed 30 hours of OSHA training for general industry.

This course will provide an overview of the four stages of implementation of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program. TPM training introduces concepts geared toward maintaining equipment at its peak performance, thus reducing the occurrence of unexpected and catastrophic failures.

This course teaches how to effectively audit a Quality Management System (QMS). Audit practices are covered in detail, including planning, execution, reporting and follow-up. It will also assist individuals wishing to become registered to an international or industry sector quality assurance system by identifying those areas an external auditor must assess.

This course provides a comprehensive curriculum to enhance the skills of current and future first-line supervisors. Topics will include transitioning from technical expert to manager/leader, fundamental leadership skills, leveraging diversity, conduct and discipline, and promoting employee performance. This course is offered in collaboration with Texas A&M training partner, Eagle Leadership.
