HAZ899—Disinfecting Procedures for Community Facilities

Online Course

This course covers the selection and proper application of cleaning and disinfection products, which is a key portion of a healthy work environment. Reducing the chances of pathogen exposure allows for a safer community for visitors, customers and fellow workers. With this training, students will be able to identify some of the basic concepts for disinfection and use the appropriate disinfectant while following safety standards and providing a reduction of the level of pathogen exposure in their communities.

BCS400—Managing Business During COVID-19

This course will address specific health and safety needs faced by businesses during the COVID-19 pandemic. This is done by addressing traditional infection prevention and industrial hygiene practices as recommended by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. The course includes all of the material presented in the Workplace Safety During COVID course, plus additional material meant for business leadership.
